1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognize certain information about your browser and distinguish between successive requests, for example to maintain your login status.

In addition to traditional cookies, similar technologies such as LocalStorage or SessionStorage may also be used, which are functionally comparable.

2. Which categories do we use?

Strictly necessary cookies: always active

These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and the app. Without them, the service cannot function correctly. This includes in particular session management, CSRF protection, and login status. They are not used to track user behavior. Consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Analytical cookies: only with consent

For pseudonymous audience measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Analytical cookies (e.g. _ga) are only set after you have explicitly agreed in the cookie banner (consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG). Without consent, Google Analytics is held to “denied” via Google Consent Mode and sets no cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 4).

Marketing and advertising cookies: not active

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. No data is transferred to advertising networks or third-party providers for advertising purposes.

3. Specific cookies on this site

Without your consent, only the following technically necessary cookies are set on sip.coach. After consent, the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_<ID>, lifetime up to 2 years) are added:

Note: We do not use advertising cookies and transfer no data to advertising networks. Analytics data (Google Analytics) is collected only after your explicit consent.

4. How you can manage cookies

You can view, restrict, or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Please note that disabling necessary cookies may impair the functionality of the service (e.g. login may not be possible).

You can withdraw your consent to Google Analytics at any time with future effect: change cookie settings.
