PIP (Personal Improvement Program) includes 8 training sessions per month, ideal for regular, focused practice. PEP (Personal Excellence Program) includes 20 training sessions per month and adds multiple selectable scoring frameworks as well as gamification and spaced repetition for more intensive development.
A training session is one complete voice roleplay conversation including deterministic 5-dimension scoring and a full debrief. No per-minute billing: one conversation, one session from your allowance.
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly: no minimum term on monthly billing. With annual billing the contract term is twelve months; you save 2 to 3 monthly payments, depending on the plan.
TIP (Team Improvement Program) is designed for teams of up to 10 and provides a team dashboard and manager view. HIP (High Impact Program) covers up to 50 seats and adds Studio with custom personas and scenarios (RAG), dedicated support, and a privacy factsheet suitable for works council review.
