PIP (Personal Improvement Program) includes 8 training sessions per month, ideal for regular, focused practice. PEP (Personal Excellence Program) also includes 8 training sessions per month and adds multiple selectable scoring frameworks as well as gamification and spaced repetition for more intensive development.
A training session is one complete voice roleplay conversation including deterministic 5-dimension scoring and a full debrief. No per-minute billing: one conversation, one training session from your allowance.
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly: no minimum term on monthly billing. With annual billing the contract term is twelve months. Annual payment saves two monthly payments.
TIP (Team Improvement Program) is designed for teams of up to 10 and provides a team dashboard and manager view. HIP (High Impact Program) covers up to 50 seats and adds Studio with custom personas and scenarios (RAG), dedicated support, and a privacy factsheet (PDF) suitable for works council review.
Every seat includes 8 training sessions per month. Extra seats cost €23.92/month or €239.20/year per seat on TIP and €17.94/month or €179.40/year per seat on HIP (plus VAT). If you have used up your monthly allowance, you can buy an add-on pack of 8 training sessions for €29.90 (incl. VAT) in the app. From 250 seats, Enterprise is available on request with an annual contract.
