Voice Roleplay and Scoring are the core and are included in every plan, including the 2 free training sessions. Academy, Studio, Team Dashboard, and Real Call Analysis build on top of them. You start with the roleplay and unlock additional modules based on your plan and needs. The modules are interconnected: Academy theory feeds directly into the roleplay, and scoring data powers the Team Dashboard.
By default, more than 1,000 realistic conversation combinations are available: drawn from 12 personalities, 10 industry contexts, and 10 conversation scenarios. With Studio, you create additional custom personas, industries, and situations from your own ICP data, making the number of trainable scenarios virtually unlimited.
Data is stored in Germany. Individual processing steps (voice AI: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI evaluation) are handled by carefully selected data processors, some with processing in the US, secured by data processing agreements and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The overall score is deterministically aggregated (multiple scoring runs, median, disclosed scoring spread). The Team Dashboard shows managers aggregated team metrics; individual conversations remain private by default. sip.coach supports GDPR data subject rights (including Arts. 15 and 17) and is aligned with EU AI Act requirements, works-council-friendly.
